Zeekr Design employs nearly 500 people from over 30 countries and regions, with an average age of approximately 36. This young, diverse, and creative team is split into two main groups: creative design, with around 200 employees, and design operations, which includes nearly 300 employees. The design operations team covers clay modeling, digital modeling, VR, and design engineering, and provides support services to Lynk & Co Design. Zeekr Design is led by renowned designer Stefan Sielaff, who is supported by a leadership team overseeing six creative design departments—interior, exterior, CMF, digital & interactive, technology & innovation, and brand design—as well as design operations, finance & business operations, human resources, and project management (PMO). He is also Head of the Geely Design Center Gothenburg and Zeekr Group Design.

Established in 2024, the Zeekr Design Shanghai Studio serves as a strategic global design hub within Zeekr Technology Group's worldwide design ecosystem. Functioning as the vanguard of localized innovation, the studio has established an end-to-end design capability spanning trend forecasting, creative conceptualization, and engineering implementation. By uniting elite designers from global and domestic talent pools through deep user co-creation initiatives, the center translates Zeekr's design philosophy into tangible experiences. The "Hidden Energy" design language has been evolutionarily refined in production models like the MIX and 7X, while pioneering lifestyle-forward design solutions continue to redefine future mobility paradigms.

Lynk & Co's design is led by the Gothenburg Design Center in Sweden. More than 200 designers from more than 20 countries worked from dusk to dawn to bring new vitality to the brand with the "Next Day" aesthetics. They created the design concept of "MegaCity Contrast", which has become Lynk & Co's unique foundational brand design language.
